A leading beverage firm is searching for a Corporate Administrator to join their Secretariat team in Malta. You will report to the Company Secretariat Executive and will be required to carry out administrative tasks related to the Company secretariat’s and Legal function, including those related to the Company’s shares on the Malta Stock Exchange and to support the Company Secretary and the Executive in the smooth running of the Department. The ideal candidate will be educated to A Level and have experience in a similar, corporate role. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support in all administrative tasks related to the smooth running and enhancements of the Company Secretariat function.
  • Liaise with the Malta Stock Exchange on matters connected with the Company shares, for invoice monitoring, transfers, donations and any other documentation.
  • Handle queries and correspondence from Shareholders, shareholders lawyers and notaries and maintain respective registers.
  • Assist in the preparation of dividend or interest distributions and sending of advice to shareholders.
  • Assist in the staging of Board Meetings and general administrative tasks connected with Directors and the Annual General Meeting.
  • Attend and take minutes of meetings.
  • Track the progress of various assignments and deadlines and take the necessary steps to keep projects on course.
  • Assist in various administrative tasks related to the Farsons Foundation.
  • Support the Company Lawyer/s with the administration and documentation as required, including the follow up of the debtors and related documentation as directed by the Company Lawyer/s.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Ideally have, as a minimum, an A’Level standard of education or a Diploma within a related field.
  • Ideally have experience liaising with Molta Stock Exchange or MBR
  • Fluent in Maltese & English
  • Have a pleasant personality together with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be ICT literate.
  • Be able to work independently but also able to work within a team.
  • Have good analytical skills and be proactive.
