The selected candidate will be driven, ambitious and enjoy working in a challenging, fast-paced environment, with at least 1 year’s experience in a similar role. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage a small portfolio of clients, addressing their needs in a timely manner in accordance with regulatory procedures.

Prepare corporate documentation for company incorporations and annual maintenance.

Maintain an organised and structured client filing system.

Respond to inquiries and requests from clients, managers and internal departments.
-
Liaise with the Malta Business Registry, Banks, International Tax Unit and the VAT Department.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
At least 1 year of experience in a corporate or administrative role.

A relevant diploma or degree in a related area (minimum at MQF level 5)

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Demonstrates a customer-focused mindset, understanding and responding to the needs of internal and external stakeholders.

Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
