GRS Recruitment are supporting a boutique law firm delivering customised corporate, commercial, real estate, and immigration services. The firm is seeking a Corporate Administrator with experience in company law to join their growing Limassol team. The ideal candidate will be organised, diligent, and able to manage corporate compliance, company formation, and governance matters, while supporting lawyers and clients with corporate advisory services.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist with company formation, registration, and corporate governance compliance in Cyprus.
  • Maintain and update statutory records and registers for client companies.
  • Prepare and submit annual returns, resolutions, and other required filings to the Registrar of Companies.
  • Support the preparation of corporate agreements, shareholder and director resolutions, and other corporate documentation.
  • Conduct due diligence on corporate structures and ownership for transactions and client advisory purposes.
  • Liaise with clients, banks, auditors, and other stakeholders regarding corporate matters.
  • Monitor changes in company law regulations and provide updates to the legal team.
  • Ensure deadlines for corporate filings and compliance requirements are met efficiently.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Previous experience in corporate administration or company law (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
  • Knowledge of Cyprus company law, corporate governance, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English; Russian is an advantage.
  • Proactive, client-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • IT proficient, including Microsoft Office and corporate management software.
