A boutique law firm in Nicosia are currently looking to further enhance their team of experts with a Corporate Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for the corporate administration and advisory of his/her assigned portfolio of clients. With a portfolio of mainly international companies coming from various industries such as software development and real-estate, our Client can offer you a fantastic opportunity to work and excel within a fast paced and professional environment.
  • Preparation and maintenance of corporate documents (minutes, resolutions, resignation / acceptance letters, instruments of transfers etc.)
  • Submission of Annual Return (HE32) with Financial Statements
  • Managing day-to-day operations of the corporate department
  • Ensuring maintenance of corporate files and registers
  • Assist with KYC reviews, obtain and maintain up to date KYC documentation
  • Other admin duties as and when required and assigned
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Fluency in Greek and English languages at a professional level
  • Good knowledge and ability to understand contents of legal and corporate material
  • Good knowledge of Cyprus Registrar of Companies forms and procedures
  • Able to work in a team environment and be able to build strong relationships with colleagues
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and able to deliver results under pressure and under tight deadlines
  • Our client offers an attractive remuneration package including discretionary bonus.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:30
