On behalf of our client, a well - established Legal Firm, GRS are recruiting a dynamic Russian Speaking Corporate Administrator to join their team in Limassol. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast and dynamic work environment. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • CY, BVI, Seychelles, Marshall Iceland’s, Hong Kong, Singapore companies’ formation and administration
  • Trusts and foundations formation and administration
  • Changes in company's structure
  • Strike-off, liquidation
  • Preparation of corporate documents
  • Perform duties regarding the record-keeping of all corporate documents of the Company in accordance with the legal requirements (paper file and electronic records)
  • Liaising with local authorities: Registrar, Tax, Court, Migration
  • Liaising with registered agents from other jurisdictions
  • Leasing with lawyers, accountants, auditors, banks, notary officers, massagers
  • Billing
 CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Higher education (legal as an advantage)
  • At least 3 years’ experience as corporate administrator (in ASP firm as an advantage)
  • Knowledge of PC and Microsoft Office programs at the level of a confident user (knowledge of Lotus Notes as an advantage)
  • Knowledge of Russian and English languages (Greek as an advantage)
  • Excellent communication skills
