GRS Recruitment is working with a well-established Legal Firm and is looking to recruit a Corporate Administrator for their offices in Nicosia. The successful candidate needs to have a hands-on experience as Corporate Administrator, to be self-motivated and provide high quality services.   • Responsible for the general corporate administration function of allocated portfolio (max.10 companies)
  • Communication with the Registrar of Companies and preparing and filing HE forms; handling incorporations
  • Preparation of resolution letters, memorandums etc.
  • Familiar with the AML compliance requirements
  • Communication with associates, agents, clients on a daily basis in order to accommodate their requests
  • Assist management with any internal reporting requirements
  • Various ancillary administrative work
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
  • Previous experience of 3-5 years
  • University/College Degree
  • Fluent in Greek and English language
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • 13th salary
  • Discretionary annual bonus
  • Half day on Fridays
