On behalf of our client, a boutique law firm in Nicosia, GRS Recruitment are currently looking for a Russian Speaking Corporate Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for the corporate administration and advisory of the assigned portfolio of clients. With a portfolio of mainly international companies coming from various industries, such as software development and real-estate, our client can offer you a fantastic opportunity to work and excel within a fast paced and professional environment. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for the Corporate Administration function of a portfolio of clients
  • Communicating with the Registrar of Companies regarding the whole process of the Companies’ Incorporation
  • Preparing HE forms, Minutes, Resolution Letters, Power of Attorney, Memorandums, etc.
  • Dealing with Strike off and liquidation procedures
  • Handling of KYC of both physical persons and legal entities. Collecting and conducting due diligence reports
  • Coordinating with associates and colleagues daily regarding any client matters
  • Dealing with clients’ enquiries in a diligent manner
  • Keeping records of both physical files and software system used by the company
  • Any other ad hoc duties that may require the Corporate Administrator’s assistance
  • Support with the Business Development activities of the company
  • Support with Office Management duties, if required.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • 1-2 years of previous working experience as a Corporate Administrator or in a similar role at a Legal Firm or Corporate Services company
  • Fluency in Russian and English languages, both written and verbal
  • Strong knowledge of the legal and corporate contents and materials
  • Good knowledge of Cyprus Registrar of Companies forms and procedures
  • Team player and ability to build strong and meaningful relationships with both colleagues and clients
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Credibility and high integrity of character
