On behalf of our client, a successful legal firm based in Limassol, we are hiring a Corporate Administrator.  The successful candidate will have relevant experience within the legal industry and be fluent in Greek and English.  If you are interested in joining a successful and professional team, then this is the job for you!  We look forward to receiving your CV for this Limassol based Corporate Administration role.  
  • Working within the Formation & Administration Unit of the Company & Commercial department
  • Completion and filing at the Cyprus Companies Registry of annual returns
  • Communication with clients and auditors for the purpose of collecting final, signed, audited financial statements
  • Preparation and circulation of resolutions approving such financial statements.
  • Assist in other matters usually handled by the corporate unit.
  • Pleasant personality, good communication skills, reliable, paying attention to detail, able to work under pressure and in teams
  • Fluent in Greek and English is a must
  • Previous relevant experience within a corporate legal department
  • A relevant university degree
  • 13th salary
