On behalf of our Client a  well-established large Accounting and Audit firm, GRS Recruitment are seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to join their expanding team in Nicosia.  The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience.   • Liaising with clients/representatives of companies for day-to-day transactions
  • Reviewing and updating of companies KYC files in accordance with local regulations and internal control policies
  • Review of and/or drafting/preparation and execution of legal documents such as Powers of Attorney, Agreements and Resolutions and any other as needed
  • Liaising with the lawyers as needed for the preparation of legal documents and/or providing supporting documents in connection with the transactions
  • Organizing board meetings and attending and keeping minutes
  • Opening bank accounts
  • Reviewing bank forms and liaising with clients/banks for the FATCA classification of the entities
  • Preparing payment instructions, monitoring bank accounts and obtaining reports from the bank
  • Responsible for any other duties needed to be performed
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • University Degree in Law/Business/Accounting or other related field
  • Good working knowledge of AML legislations
  • Understanding of basic Accounting principles
