GRS Recruitment is working in partnership with a highly respected and well-established law firm with offices in Limassol, who are currently seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to join their growing team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, ideally gained within a law firm or corporate service provider. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Handle the registration of companies in Cyprus and other jurisdictions.
  • Prepare and process applications for the opening of corporate bank accounts, including the collection of required documentation.
  • Utilize legal software (e.g., Zygos) for managing corporate files and documentation.
  • Conduct client due diligence and ensure compliance with internal AML policies and regulatory frameworks.
  • Coordinate certification, legalisation, and notarisation of corporate documentation.
  • Manage submission of forms and applications through government portals (e.g., Ariadni, Registrar of Companies).
  • Liaise professionally with clients via phone, email, meetings, and conference calls.
  • Support the daily operations of the Corporate Department.
  • Maintain statutory records and monitor changes in company structures.
  • Draft corporate documents and oversee processes for changes such as directorships, shareholders, registered office, and pledges.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within a corporate services firm or law office.
  • University Degree in Business, Law, or a related field.
  • Fluency in both Greek and English, written and spoken, is essential.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to long-term employment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a client-focused approach.
