GRS Recruitment is working on behalf of a boutique and rapidly growing law firm in Nicosia, with a strong reputation in corporate and commercial law and a solid portfolio of local and international clients. Due to continuous expansion, the firm is seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to join its highly professional and client-focused team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and experienced professional to be part of a modern and dynamic practice that values initiative, precision, and collaboration.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee the incorporation and ongoing administration of Cyprus and international companies.
  • Draft and prepare corporate documentation including resolutions, minutes, Powers of Attorney, and related forms.
  • Manage the registration and renewal of trade names and trademarks both locally and abroad.
  • Handle corporate filings with the Registrar of Companies via the e-Filing system and at the counter.
  • Maintain statutory records and ensure corporate files are fully up-to-date and compliant.
  • Liaise with banks for account openings, information updates, and other client-related matters.
  • Act as the point of contact for clients, regulatory bodies, and third-party associates.
  • Apply AML, KYC, and due diligence procedures in line with firm and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for corporate records and internal compliance.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a corporate administration or similar legal support role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Cyprus corporate law procedures and statutory documentation.
  • Practical experience using the Registrar of Companies’ e-Filing system and other government portals.
  • Experience with ZYGOS legal software will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
  • Computer literate and comfortable with MS Office applications.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • A professional, discreet, and proactive team player with a high level of responsibility and integrity.
