A niche law firm consisting of highly qualified individuals which specializes in providing Corporate Services both in Cyprus and Internationally is looking for a Corporate Lawyer to join their team in Nicosia. The Corporate Lawyer will manage and support the team and the Partners in providing legal services to the company’s clients both in Cyprus and cross-border. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years’ experience as a Corporate Lawyer. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Draft and administer all contracts

Consult and handle all corporate legal processes

Structure, draft and review legal documents to ensure that all the clients’ requirements are met

Negotiate deals and attend company meetings
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
University graduate in Law from a reputable UK university
-
3+ years’ experience as a Corporate Lawyer
-
Experience in banking law
-
Qualified by the Cyprus Bar Association
-
Fluent in Greek and English, both written and verbal
-
Ability to work in a fast-pace environment with tight deadlines

Self-motivated and ability to work in a team

Commitment to the organization and the values that it represents
