In this role, you will be advising and working on a variety of corporate and commercial matters, with a major focus on mergers and acquisitions, and international complex business restructurings. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist and support a team of professionals, from different backgrounds, on numerous corporate mergers and acquisitions transactions

Assist the Firm’s multinational clients with the planning and implementation of corporate restructurings

Assist in due diligence and compliance and risk exercises
-
Review commercial agreements and corporate documents.

Assist with the management of corporate transactions
-
Maintain good corporate governance and assisting with preparing any documentation required in this regard.

Keeping abreast with changes to legislation in relation to corporate and commercial laws and compliance obligations
-
Conducting timely and precise research into specific areas of Law.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
A university degree in Law and at least 2-3 years of previous experience in the corporate and commercial practice field.

Proficient and fluent in written and verbal English. Additional languages are an asset but not essential.

Organized and able to perform demanding transactions

Career oriented and have the ambition to develop progressively within the Firm.

Able to work effectively within a team with the energy and time dedication that the profession demands

A professional mindset and excellent communication skills.
