DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing and executing monthly promotion plans and marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
  • Analyzing and reporting on campaign performance, utilizing metrics to assess effectiveness and inform strategies for future campaigns.
  • Optimizing campaigns based on data insights to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaborating closely with content and design teams to create compelling and visually appealing campaigns across various communication channels, including email, SMS, web push notifications, and pop-ups.
  • Managing customer segmentation and targeting to ensure campaigns are personalized and relevant to different user groups.
  • Conducting A/B testing to determine the best strategies for messaging, timing, and design to enhance user experience and campaign success.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to innovate and improve CRM strategies.
  • Creating monthly promotion plans and marketing campaigns, analysing and reporting on campaigns results, optimizing campaigns and working closely with the content and design teams to create the best campaigns for various communication channels (email, SMS, web push, pop ups, etc.)

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • High technical aptitude and data-driven approach
  • Basic knowledge of Excel
  • Proficient in English (both written and verbal)
  • Strong multitasking capabilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SQL
  • Familiarity with online games and understanding of the gaming industry
