On behalf of our client, a well-established education technology provider, GRS Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Agent for their Nicosia based offices. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling Customers' and Partners' technical, product and finance related queries through international inbound or outbound calls, chat, email and social media, demonstrating agility, empathy and ownership, ensuring outstanding customer experience. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Monitor, delegate and answer all queues from inbound requests (i.e. email, chat, phone and social media) within set KPI standards.
  • Ensure that all complaints and inquiries relating to the work are answered in accordance with set procedures and guidelines.
  • Carry out any reasonably allocated duties and tasks, relevant to the role and the scope of activities by applying a flexible & adaptable customer centric approach to serve the companies multinational presence and global operations across multiple time zones.
  • Ensure that relevant correspondence is handled within the set KPI standards.
  • Train and co-ordinate new partners’ and customers’ on-boarding according to the standards set by the international business units.
  • Work effectively in a team environment and liaise with other teams, to get the job done and reach the best possible results.
  • Ensure that customer inquiries are dealt with in accordance with the performance and service standards
  • Ensure that the working environment is secure and orderly during all shifts and dress code is in accordance with standards set for Customer Service employees.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree any discipline will be an asset
  • Excellent command of the English language (native-like or C2 level certification desired, Language Cert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus). Extra languages desired
  • Prior working experience in the certification of persons and/or training and exam fields would be considered an advantage
  • Minimum 1 year experience in similar position/ function
  • Well organized, self-driven, flexible and able to work in a high-volume, fast- Internal paced, and deadline-driven environment
  • Availability to work in 24/7 rotating shifts (including some nightshifts monthly, weekends and holidays).
  • Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advance level certification would be considered a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
