The successful candidate should be fluent in Hebrew and be able to provide high-quality Customer Experience. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answer incoming phone calls / emails from clients
  • Take any query’s the client might have and run the relevant procedure
  • Liaise with other departments when needed
  • Customer service on high level required
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Previous experience could be considered an advantage
  • Computer literacy 
  • Fluency in Hebrew is a must
  • Customer Service Oriented
  • Working independently and as part of a team
