On behalf of our client one of the world’s largest financial services companies we are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their rapidly expanding Limassol operation. The successful candidate will have previous customer service experience and knowledge of financial markets. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide first level support to the company’s clients by chat, e-mail and phone.
  • Receive requests for assistance and support and respond with the utmost professionalism possible according to the company’s guidelines.
  • Represent the company and product at the highest possible level and provide a “WOW” professional and service experience
  • This is a shift-based position - Sunday through Friday. 5 shifts per week. 08:00 -16.00 / 16.00-00.00
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Have a basic understanding of the financial markets.
  • Previous experience working in customer service.
  • Have service orientation.
  • Highly fluent in English with any additional European language being advantageous.
  • Have phenomenal inter-personal skills.
  • Be a real team player.
  • Have high motivation to succeed and contribute.
