On behalf of our client, a well-established company operating in the Marine industry, GRS are seeking to recruit a Customer Support Officer to be based in Limassol. If you have the necessary skills and experience, then GRS are looking forward to receiving your CV for this Limassol based Customer Support role.
  • Handling client enquiries appropriately and ensuring that high level service is provided.
  • Research potential vendors and compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure smooth orders for each vessel.
  • Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers
  • Providing admin and operational support
  • Managing internal database and filling system
  • Reporting accordingly to the senior manager
  • Experience of at least 2 years in a similar position is preferable but not necessary.
  • Good commercial awareness of the shipping industry will be considered an advantage but not necessary.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English Language (writing and speaking) is a must.
  • Possess of good organizational, interpersonal & communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and productively as part of a team.
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)
