A well-established and well-capitalised Fintech firm whose mission is serve a one-stop solution meeting investors' financial needs. are working with GRS to recruit a Customer Support to join their team in Limassol. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of prior experience in customer support or client-facing roles, preferably in the Forex or financial services industry. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team of industry experts. If you have the necessary skills and experience, then an attractive remuneration package will be offered for this Limassol based Customer Support role.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Respond to customers’ queries and provide support in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or live chat.
  • Provide assistance to customers by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding the customers through corrective steps.
  • Assist Customer Support team where applicable.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Provides information to customers regarding the Company’s services and products.
  • Provides quality service and support in a variety of areas including but not limited to System/technical troubleshooting, Login/Account issues, Accounting (deposits and withdrawals) and overall trading enquiries.
  • Maintain a balance between Company policy and customer benefit in decision making.
  • Handling issues in the best interest of both customer and Company.
  • Inform the customer about internal regulations and procedures of the Company.
  • Educates the customer where applicable.
  • Updates Customer records when necessary.
  • Offer support to all client facing departments.
  • Ensure all duties are done in line with the necessary KYC, AML, and Due diligence controls.
  • Provide top-quality customer support during the account opening stages as well as throughout the existence of the trading account.
  • The Employee shall meet his/her monthly targets as specified by the Global Head of Operations at the beginning of each month. Such targets are measured at the discretion of the Employer.
  • The Employee shall at all times perform his/her duties with the due skill, professional care and diligence and/or any other duties and responsibilities that the Employer may reasonably request from the Employee from time to time, according to business needs.
  • Shifts are 09:00-18:00 and 13:00-21:00
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer support or client-facing roles, preferably in the Forex or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and Forex products (e.g., currency pairs, CFDs).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) preferred.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
