GRS Recruitment are working with a leading investment firm, offering CFD Trading and are seeking to recruit a Customer Support Officer Arabic Speaker for MENA region in Limassol. The successful candidate will need to maintain contact with existing clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. If you have the communicational and interpersonal skills, then an attractive remuneration package will be offered for this Customer Support Officer role.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide general information regarding platforms and services offered.
  • Educate the customer where applicable.
  • Assistscustomers to open trading accounts.
  • Answering e-mails, amending existing accounts, maintaining client records and liaising with appropriate departments.
  • Handle welcome calls/call-back requests.
  • Handling of back-office queries.
  • Supporting clients with technical and troubleshooting issues.
  • Dealing with customer complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Providing support and troubleshooting on Meta Trader platforms.
  • Suggest ideas and action to develop the market.
  • Forward any issues or requests to the head of the department and/or the appropriate department.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
  • Coordinate with the marketing departments in regard to planning seminars, expos and translations of certain campaigns.
  • Liaising with all departments to resolve issues.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Graduated with a College/University degree.
  • Excellent command of the English and Arabic languages, both verbal and written
  • Qualifications in economics/ finance or any related field is a plus.
  • Relevant experience background in the forex industry would be considered as an advantage.
  • Flexible to work on a weekly rotating shift 24/7 (morning/ afternoon/ night)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Computer literate with strong experience using MS Office applications, trading platforms, CRM Systems, Chat and email system to monitor performance.
  • Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment.
  • Works independently and as a part of a team with willingness to ensure results are achieved.
