A rapidly expanding international gaming company with offices in multiple global locations are looking to recruit a Customer Support Host for their Larnaca based team. The successful candidate will have previous customer service experience, a high fluency in English and be happy to work rotating shifts. You will be joining a team of passionate and colleagues from around the world in a centrally located modern office. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a new Customer Support Host, your goal is to resolve every issue quickly and with a smile. Together with the rest of our Support Team, you are the face and voice of our client’s company, and therefore you take great responsibility in offering nothing less than optimal service.

Serve as the first point of contact for clients.

Provide support and resolve issues via email, live chat, and social media.

Be a problem solver that strives to resolve an issue at first contact.

Cooperate with team members and other colleagues if needed.
-
Pass on relevant feedback from customers to improve products and/or services.

Undertake other administrative tasks to improve customer experience and company value.

Act as a true team player, supporting team members where needed.

Hosts work in shifts, with the earliest shift starting at 06:00 and the latest ending at 23:00.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Fluent in English.

If you can speak in German, Polish, or Finnish it’s a big plus.

Determined to turn every issue – no matter how big – into a satisfactory solution.

Strong communication skills.

Flexible when it comes to teamwork and time management.

Able to work and stay positive under pressure.

Experience as a Customer Service Host is preferred.
