MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
	- 
	Provide high-quality support to clients via live chat, email, and telephone in a timely and professional manner. 
- 
	Assist clients with account opening, deposits/withdrawals, platform navigation, and general inquiries. 
- 
	Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering prompt, courteous, and accurate assistance. 
- 
	Collaborate closely with other departments (Back Office, Compliance, Dealing, Marketing) to ensure smooth client service and issue resolution. 
- 
	Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products, trading platforms, and internal procedures. 
- 
	Identify and escalate complex client issues to the relevant department when necessary. 
- 
	Ensure that communication with clients is always compliant with company policies and regulatory standards. 
- 
	Contribute to the overall efficiency and reputation of the customer support team. 
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
	- 
	University degree in Business, Finance, or a related field will be considered an advantage. 
- 
	Previous experience in Customer Support within the Forex or Financial Services industry will be regarded as a strong asset. 
- 
	Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal); knowledge of Greek or other languages will be considered a plus. 
- 
	Strong communication skills with a client-focused mindset. 
- 
	Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure. 
- 
	Team player with a positive attitude and professional approach. 
- 
	Computer literate, with good knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with trading platforms (MT4/MT5) or CRM systems will be an advantage. 
- 
	Flexibility to work on a rotational shift schedule (latest shift until 8:00 p.m.).
