A sports betting company with offices in the UK and Cyprus is working in partnership with GRS to hire a Customer Support Officer for their Limassol based team. The successful candidate must be a native or fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, and live chat in a courteous and professional manner.

Identify and assess customers' needs to provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.

Team player, able to work under pressure, creativity, innovation and problem-solving skills is a must.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.

Stay up to date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.

Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest improvements.

Able to work on shifts including weekends and bank holidays
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Previous experience in customer service or a related field.

Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Fluency in Russian will be considered an advantage.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.

Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
