Join a forward-thinking accounting firm based in Malta as a Digital Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a reputable company that values innovation and excellence. This full-time role offers the opportunity to lead and contribute to strategic initiatives that drive organisational efficiency, digital maturity, and service excellence across different sectors. As a Digital Advisory Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping impactful solutions through data-driven insights, process optimisation, and digital enablement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support both strategic planning and operational execution. 
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the design and implementation of re-engineering and modernisation initiatives.
  • Conduct in-depth research and data analysis to inform decision-making and performance improvement.
  • Develop business cases, process maps, and transformation roadmaps aligned with organisational goals.
  • Drive digitalisation and process improvement projects using tools such as RPA, Power BI, and automation frameworks.
  •  Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and monitor transformation outcomes. 
  • Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business & IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Maths & Statistics, or similar. A Master’s degree is considered an asset.
  • Up to 3 years of experience in business analysis, transformation, or digital innovation. Fresh graduates will also be considered.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PM², Prince2) is nice to have, but not a must have.
  • Knowledge of digital technologies, including automation, data visualisation, and process mapping.
