A growing photovoltaic company with offices in Limassol are currently looking to recruit a Documentation Administrator for their team.   The successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in dealing with documentation, government bodies, and customer service.  If you want to join a friendly team, then we look forward to receiving your CV for this Limassol based Documentation Administrator role.     
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Gathering documents on behalf of client (directly or via Power of Attorney & other permissions)
  • Power of Attorney
  • EAC consumption
  • New copy of title deed
  • Building permit
  • Submitting clients’ applications for PV installations to municipality and EAC
  • Handling client applications with EAC
  • Submitting the Terms of contract
  • Submitting the EAC contract
  • Submitting proofs of installation as provided by Head Engineer or outsourcing partners
  • Arranging system connection schedules
  • Providing & submitting all grant related documents on clients’ behalf
  • Working in all given software & tools
  • CRM – full & timely management of all information in the CRM system
  • Accounting & Payment software
  • Basic office software (MS Office, Adobe suite)
  • Keeping colleagues informed about your work
  • Keeping yourself informed about your colleagues’ work
  • Building & nurturing personal & professional relationships with colleagues
  • Inform management about applications in detail, real or potential problems, propose solutions to real or potential problems, propose ideas to make business better
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Generally able to understand on a basic level: Basic physics (electrical grid, how do structures work, etc.) Basic mathematics (energy production data, savings, invoices, payments)
  • Be friendly over the phone, per email, in person
  • You have to be able to communicate patiently, to be able to explain basic formalities & procedures
  • A combination of FLUENT GREEK and at least one of the two: English fluent level or Russian fluent level
  • Responsible
  • Active & punctual
  • Be willing to move around a lot at various locations all over Cyprus
