A large international shipping company are working with GRS to recruit a Freight Forwarding - Documentation Officer in Limassol. The successful candidate will be fluent in English and Greek and have a minimum of 3-years relevant experience. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • To prepare all documentation and invoicing for import and export cargo shipments.
  • To prepare, issue and review bills of lading and cargo documentation.
  • To ensure that all documentation is issued on time so as not to delay any vessel and cargo operations.
  • To update and record all information and costs in Company’s operational software and systems.
  • To process any cargo claims
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • 3 years minimum experience in a relevant role
  • Fluent in English and Greek
  • Educated to degree level is an advantage
