GRS Recruitment is excited to announce an excellent opportunity for an experienced Due Diligence Officer with a prominent player in the Gaming industry located in beautiful Malta. This role involves conducting due diligence searches, reviewing documentation, analysing information, and preparing reports to management. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct ongoing monitoring and regular due diligence assessments of corporates and individuals to evaluate their continued compliance with the firms fitness and properness requirements;
  • Gather and analyse data from due diligence tools and open sources;
  • Assist in the preparation of reports detailing findings and recommendations;
  • Collaborate with senior team members to ensure timely and accurate reporting of ongoing monitoring due diligence results;
  • Maintain accurate records of all ongoing monitoring due diligence activities and ensure adherence to internal policies and requirements;
  • Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices regarding due diligence and ongoing monitoring; and
  • Support the development and implementation of ongoing monitoring due diligence policies and procedures.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • In possession of a Degree level of education or equivalent (MQF Level 6) related to role;
  • Diploma level of experience (MQF level 5) will be considered if accompanied by related experience;
  • Possession of or willingness to pursue further studies relating to the role;
  • Experience in due diligence or anti-money laundering within regulated industries will be considered as an asset;
  • Be capable of working within a team and managing multiple engagements;
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and changing environment;
  • Ability to identify, organise and present findings and recommendations effectively (both verbal and written);
  • Be highly motivated; and
  • Takes ownership and actions.
