DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This role involves delivering detailed economic and business risk assessments for countries within the firm’s coverage universe, with a particular focus on the Middle East.

The successful candidate will also contribute to ongoing evaluations of the credit quality of rated sovereigns.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics or a closely related field
-
A minimum of three years’ relevant professional experience.
-
A solid grounding in macroeconomics and international finance is essential, along with a keen interest in global economic and political developments.

Candidates should also demonstrate a practical working knowledge of fiscal data and balance of payments analysis.

Fluency in English is required, together with excellent written communication skills.

Strong proficiency in Excel is essential
