On behalf of our client in the Financial Advisory services, GRS are looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant who will serve as both a Receptionist and a Personal Assistant to the Director and be based in their Limassol office. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth office operations and providing high-level administrative support. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, possess excellent communication skills, and have a keen eye for detail.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Reception Duties:
  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
  • Maintain an organized reception area and manage appointment schedules.
Personal Assistant to the Director:
  • Manage the Director’s calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and itinerary planning.
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed for projects and meetings.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role, preferably in a financial or corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Trustworthy and responsible individual.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and positive attitude.
