A company within the maritime sector is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire an Executive Coordinator to join their Limassol based team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. As an integral part of our client’s team, you will support executive leadership, coordinate key projects, and help streamline daily operations to ensure the organization's success. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  •  Responsible to schedule, coordinate, and manage appointments, meetings, and travel  arrangements.
  •  Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and directing  enquires.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, drafting  presentations, and following up on action items.
  •  Prepare, review and draft reports.
  • Assist in the management of special projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and the offshore offices of the Group.
  • Handle the travel logistics of the business trips as well as the expense reports.
  • Maintain confidential information and files.
  • Organize and attend events, meetings, ad corporate initiative such as dinners and lunches as  required
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related filed.
  • Proven experience in executive or administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • High level of professionalism.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at al levels.
  • Computer literacy, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (excel).
  • Fluency in Greek and in English, both written and verbal
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally
