DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To provide PA/Secretarial support to the Managing Director

Performing variety of personal requests from the MD
-
Schedule meeting and appointments for MD
-
Take notes and provide general assistance during presentations and meetings

Update appointment calendars and schedule meeting/appointments.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Fluency in Greek and English language is mandatory
-
2 years of relevant experience will be considered as an advantage
-
Undergraduate degree in secretarial studies and/or previous work experience in the legal industry will be considered as an advantage

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office packages and computer literate
-
Excellent organization skills
-
Able to work under pressure.
