MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Collection, bookkeeping and archiving of primary documents in relation to operational activities of respective entities

Issuing, recording, and tracking of financial documents (invoices, acts of acceptance etc.) on behalf of respective entities in the course of their regular activities

Annual budgeting of income and expenses of respective entities and monthly cost control procedures

Control of receivables and payables
-
Support of internal and external audit teams during periodic audits

Coordination with other functions and related entities in respect of the above tasks
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Fluency in Russian is essential
-
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
-
2-3 years of experience in a similar position
-
Well organized
-
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Advanced user of Excel and Quick-Books
