MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Process and administer the company payroll accurately and on time.

Ensure compliance with relevant payroll regulations and tax laws.

Address and resolve any payroll-related inquiries or discrepancies.

Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Manage the payment of expenses, ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement.

Maintain accurate records of all expense payments.

Reconcile payments received from the servicer, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in payments.

Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records.

Assist in the preparation and processing of loan funding requests.

Ensure all loan funding activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely disbursement of loan funds.

Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.

Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation.

Support the finance team in audits and other financial reviews.

Provide general support to the finance team as needed.

Participate in financial planning and analysis activities.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of finance processes and procedures.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within the financial services industry.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software.

Strong numerical and analytical skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
