Our client, an industry leader in insurance who prides themselves on customer service quality and employee satisfaction also, is now seeking a First Line Tech Support to join their growing team in Malta. For this role GRS is looking for an individual who will be primarily support internal clients with day to day software issues and prioritizing incoming requests from a shared queue. CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • A Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Computer Networks
  • Tech Enthusiast
  • Experience in a similar role
  • A knack for problem assessment
  • Driven towards achieving great service standards
  • Great customer service skills
