An international IT company servicing the public sector with offices in Nicosia are looking for a Help Desk Administrator to join their team.  The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience, an IT related bachelor’s degree, and speak both English and Greek.  If you are interested in joining an international team, then we look forward to receiving your CV for this Nicosia based Help Desk Administrator role.   
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • User Account Management
  • Monitor and manage Microsoft 365 licensing for users
  • Configure and manage email accounts using Exchange Online
  • Administer SharePoint sites and libraries
  • Set up and manage Microsoft Teams channels and settings
  • Support and Troubleshooting
  • Provide technical support to end-users for Microsoft 365 applications
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor's degree relevant to IT
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience
  • Exposure with M365 is considered an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly accurate and attentive to detail
  • Strong IT skills are a plus, particularly use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or financial management tools
  • Fluency in English and Greek
