  • Lead and manage a team of IT support Engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support.
  • Administration and configuration of several clients IT infrastructures
  • Providing 2nd and 3rd line user’s support to ensure SLA compliance.
  • Oversee IT support operations, including incident resolution, service requests and project management.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their IT needs and develop strategies for meeting those needs.
  • Implement and maintain IT support policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Engage in Presales activities and help the Presales team to design the best techno-economical solution, including the presentation of the turn-key solution to the customers.
  • Evaluate, Design, install, and configure complete Infrastructure solutions, including components like Servers, Storage, Virtualization, Backup, Operating Systems, Cloud and other, aligning with clients’ requirements.
  • Design/install and configure enterprise IT systems, wired and wireless (ubiquity /Aruba) networks (routers, firewalls, switches, etc.) as well as 3CX IP telephony systems, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
  • Design Hybrid Cloud solutions utilizing technology components from the leading vendors in the industry, like Microsoft, HPE, Dell.
  • Design and implement robust Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity solutions in cooperation with the management and pre-sales team.
  • Design the solutions and find the right products and prices.
  • Design, implement and support Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, VMware, Veeam
  • Plan, install, configure, and support Microsoft Cloud Services (Azure, Office 365)
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
  • At least 5 years hands-on experience as a Systems Engineer
  • Bachelor’s University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Master’s degree in a related field will be considered as an advantage.
  • Experience with Service Desk Solutions will be considered an advantage.
  • Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role
  • Experience with installing, configuring, and maintaining IT Equipment
  • Networking / IT Troubleshooting (Windows Server 2008-2019), MS Exchange 2013-2019
  • Good knowledge as a Microsoft 365 administrator
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, etc.
  • Multitask with corporate partners.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages
  • Excellent knowledge of virtualization concepts and experience with VMware, Hyper-V, VLAN’s, VDI’s etc.
