On behalf of our client a leading Fintech Company regulated by CySEC, GRS are seeking to recruit a French Speaking Account Manager. The company is well established and has offices worldwide including their headquarters in Australia. The successful candidate will have at least 1 years’ previous experience in Forex Sales and needs to be native/fluent in French and English. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Effectively manage leads

Convert leads to traded clients

Assist clients with funding

Assist clients with their trade related queries

Effectively manage relationships with existing clients

Assist your colleagues in a team basis whenever necessary

Always ensure compliance is met

Collaborate with other key internal departments, particularly operations and support.

Suggest innovation and improvement to the customer experience where necessary
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Degree in Business, Finance, or any other relevant field
-
Proficiency in French & English and strong communication skills overall both written and verbal (including negotiation processes)

At least 1 years’ experience in Sales within the Forex industry

Exceptional relationship building and customer service skills

Ability to acquire new knowledge, skills, and abilities quickly

Proficient numerical ability; be comfortable working with numbers

Sound decision making and critical thinking

Experience with MetaTrader 4 and cTrader software
