An international financial banking institution is looking for a French Speaking Collection Team Leader to join their team in Malta. The ideal candidate will be fluent in French and manage a team of up to 6 experienced collectors, be responsible to motivate and inspire their team members daily, whilst analyzing their performance data, develop training methods and assist management with improving procedures and workflows. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Giving direction and guidance to your Team Member in line with targets

Lead by example, coaching and mentoring your team to be the best

Conduct one to ones and performance reviews

Communicate with external collection agencies and other departments

Working with customers, handling calls and written communication

Work closely with management to improve working procedures and strategies

Most importantly, putting customers at the heart of everything you do.
