A leading Back Office Services Provider is looking for a Front Desk Representative/Call Centre Agent to join their team in Malta. The main responsibilities within this role is to provide customers with an efficient, prompt, and personalized service, in order to deliver a unique experience and support our client’s business goals. This role is both a face-to-face front desk service and a Call Centre Agent on a roster and rotation basis as per business requirements.   • Handle customer’s queries and requests, mainly via face to face contact in the site location provided by the Company
  • Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls and email communication in order to provide assistance to customers’ enquiries and requests
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and process all queries in a timely, accurate and courteous manner
  • Complete all related documentation and data entry to a high standard and within the set time parameters to ensure an effective and efficient customer service
  • Able to manage any cash or credit transactions presented at any site location including end of day reconciliations
  • Creatively looks for options, possibilities, and choice for customers
  • Ensure that the provision of excellent customer service levels is maintained and exceeded
  • Ensure that there is adherence to the quality parameters, procedures and policies established by the Company
  • Strive to reach one’s own set targets in order to be able to contribute towards the attainment of the Company’s own targets and standard levels
  • Be responsible to develop and maintain a good working knowledge of the Company’s products, services and system(s)
  • comply with all the Company’s client’s business processes, policies and legislation requirements
  • Handle all client and customer contacts in line with our client’s defined standards, whilst keeping customer and company details completely confidential from external and third parties
  • Engage in any other project or duty which the Company might assign from time to time.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Maltese
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Works well under pressure to achieve targets
  • Ability to multi skill and work with multiple channels and/or projects
  • Enjoys dealing with customers face to face
  • Extremely patient in dealing with difficult customers and challenges
  • A clean and smart appearance
  • Previous experience in Customer Care is advantageous
  • Ability to solve and handle customer's complaints (complaints handling)
  • A good understanding of computer skills
