Our esteemed client, within the Hospitality sector, is seeking a dedicated and professional Front Office Receptionist to join their team in Limassol. The ideal candidate will attend to guests’ needs in an efficient and professional manner performing all front desk duties as per standards of operation set. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Interact in a courteous and professional manner with all guests and work colleagues.
  • Ensure correct database entry and routine follow up for all sales enquiries.
  • Responsible for arranging customer meetings with staff and minute taking during meetings.
  • Provide guests with refreshments when required.
  • Follow and implement check-in/check-out procedures in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls promptly, clearly and professionally conveying always a smile and use the appropriate phrase.  
  • Communicate with guests and asks questions about the quality of their stay whilst listening to their responses and identifying what remedial action may be taken in cases of complaint-handling. 
  • Ensure all duty shift checklists are continuously followed and proper guidance is given to work colleagues.
  • Process applications, issuing and administer necessary records and documentation.  
  • Maintain the security of information related to customers and personnel.
  • Maintain the database and all standards documentation. 
  • Maintain petty-cash accounts and reconcile cash and cheque/credit payments.
  • Implement all general office procedures for the front desk such as filing, photocopying and telephone enquiries in order to maintain a clean and organized working environment. 
  • Monitor stationery stocks and office equipment and update re-order levels as and when required.
  • Compile all guest questionnaires, review and update accordingly to present to the General Manager for follow-up.
  • Comply with the regulations regarding dress and expected behavior, reflecting consistently the organisation’s brand standards whilst offering a personalized service to all internal and external customers.
  • Be fully conversant with and be aware of health and safety, security and fire regulations.
  • Carry out all other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Experience in Front of House/Receptionist roles, ideally within Hospitality or Travel sectors.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-presented with a professional manner.
  • Organised, reliable, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Good knowledge of office software and communication tools.
