An international technology company is partnering with GRS Recruitment to recruit a Full Stack Developer to join their growing engineering team in Cyprus. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing scalable web applications whilst contributing to the ongoing evolution of the company’s technical infrastructure and software architecture. Working across both front-end and back-end technologies, you will collaborate closely with developers and data teams to deliver secure, high-performance, and maintainable solutions. The position can be based in Limassol, Nicosia, or Paphos, depending on candidate preference.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications across front-end and back-end systems

Contribute to system architecture, technical design decisions, and software engineering best practices

Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues across existing applications and services

Refactor and improve existing codebases to enhance performance, maintainability, and scalability

Collaborate closely with front-end developers, back-end developers, and data teams across the full SDLC

Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support continuous integration practices

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to clean coding principles and secure development standards

Perform system audits and proactively identify areas for optimisation and improvement

Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure software reliability and quality

Support deployment processes and ensure production systems remain stable and high-performing
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 4+ years of experience in Full Stack Development

Strong experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design
-
Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, or TypeScript is highly advantageous

Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, PHP, or C# is considered an advantage

Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL

Experience with MongoDB, Redis, or Firebase will be considered a plus

Solid experience with Git and version control workflows

Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS is highly desirable

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is considered a strong advantage

Strong understanding of software design patterns, testing methodologies, and clean code principles

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment

SALARY AND BENEFITS

€45,600 - €54,000 Gross Per Annum

Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
