DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

Identify and generate new business leads within the German-speaking market.

Engage with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and virtual meetings to promote consultancy services.

Qualify inbound leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop territory-specific strategies.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM systems.

Build and sustain relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Proven experience in B2B sales or Business Development, preferably within consultancy services.

Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to outreach and client engagement.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads effectively.

Comfortable working remotely and independently.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- €30,000-€40,000 Gross Per Annum
