GRS Recruitment is partnering with a leading international financial services organisation to recruit a Junior Institutional Relationship Manager in Limassol. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated graduate or junior financial services professional looking to build a career within the institutional FX and CFD industry. Working alongside experienced Sales, Trading, Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams, you'll receive comprehensive training while developing a strong understanding of institutional clients, trading platforms, and global financial markets. You'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience, supporting the onboarding of institutional clients, managing day-to-day relationships, and ensuring clients receive a seamless and professional service throughout their journey.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the onboarding of new institutional clients, ensuring accounts are opened accurately and efficiently.

Act as a primary point of contact for client enquiries, coordinating with internal teams to deliver timely solutions.

Assist with client implementations, including account setup, trading platform access, and connectivity.

Build and maintain strong relationships by delivering outstanding client service.

Maintain accurate client records, onboarding documentation, and CRM updates.

Liaise with Trading, Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing support.

Monitor client activity, identifying opportunities or escalating issues where appropriate.

Prepare client reports, presentations, and onboarding materials.

Develop a strong understanding of institutional FX and CFD markets, liquidity solutions, and trading platforms through ongoing training.

Stay informed on market developments and industry trends.

Ensure all activities are completed in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Support wider team projects and business initiatives as required.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Previous experience in client services, customer support, account management, onboarding, or relationship management within financial services is advantageous but not essential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for building long-term client relationships.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

A proactive, enthusiastic approach with a genuine desire to learn and develop within institutional financial markets.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Degree educated, preferably in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
Desirable Skills

A strong interest in financial markets, institutional trading, fintech, or capital markets.

Exposure to FX, CFDs, brokerage, payments, or wider financial services.

Familiarity with trading platforms such as MT4, MT5, cTrader, or similar would be advantageous.

Additional language skills are considered a plus.
SALARY AND BENEFITS

€18,000 - €24,000 Gross Per Annum
