GRS are working closely with an International Entertainment Company based in Paphos who are currently searching for German Speaking Customer Co-ordinator to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing necessary arrangements for clients and supporting the team with inbound enquiries.
  • Advice and support for customer concerns.
  • Reservation control for customers.
  • Dealing with inbound inquiries and customer appointments via SMS, telephone and email.
  • Processing customer concerns in the CRM program.
  • Support in the travel planning.
  • Control and confirmation of payments.
  • Clear and confident telephone manner with previous customer support experience.
  • Fluent spoken and written German and English.
  • Excellent PC skills.
  • Flexible with work hours - May include evening and weekends.
  • A friendly and open demeanor.
