DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Approach new business partners and build a strong pipeline of opportunities, as well as maintain close relationships with new partners.

Identify business opportunities, propose solutions, suggest product improvements, negotiate and close commercial deals.

Analyze in-depth customer behavior and provide data to support strategic decision-making regarding business or products development and improvement.

Collaborate across different functions, both internal and external to develop new solutions/products and manage new/ongoing projects.

Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.

Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor or master degree in business, finance, accounting, economics or engineering or related fields with a track record of outperforming performance/targets.

Experience working within a payment gateway or similar environment is required.

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; able to think strategically.

Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment.

Strong written and verbal communications in English.

Team player; able to communicate with technical and business experts at all levels of the organization.

Be able to lead cross-functional team players and manage end-to-end projects in a timely manner.

Relevant sales skill set such as pricing, pitching, negotiation and prospecting.

Having an in-depth knowledge of the latest innovative payment products, especially in digital payment is a plus.

Able to relocate to Thailand for 1 year
