DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within defined sectors by conducting market research, prospecting, and networking with external organizations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and improving overall customer satisfaction.

Develop new market opportunities, conduct comprehensive market research, identify trends, opportunities and develop effective market entry strategy

Engage and build relationships with potential clients through presentations, consultations, and strategic discussions.

Research and evaluation of customer market activities, internal and external data (markets, competition, technologies, trends) in order to understand how regulatory, environmental, technical, political and other business changes will impact customer needs

Manage sales and revenue growth across all product categories within assigned key account channels.

Expand relationships with existing clients by continuously proposing innovative solutions that align with their evolving goals.

Resolve client issues and complaints promptly and effectively to maintain trust and long-term partnership satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams and external to align strategies, maximize opportunities, and ensure service excellence.

Establish service solutions, systems requirements and drive systems integration between the customer & the company.

Maintain and perform scheduled visits/meetings for close customer relationship building.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Bachelor or master degree in business, finance, accounting, economics or engineering or related fields with a track record of outperforming performance/targets.

5–7 years of experience in E-Payment Solutions or Financial businesses.

Experience working within a payment gateway or similar environment is required.

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; able to think strategically.

Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment.

Strong written and verbal communications in English.

Team player; able to communicate with technical and business experts at all levels of the organization.

Be able to lead cross-functional team players and manage end-to-end projects in a timely manner.

Relevant sales skill set such as pricing, pitching, negotiation and prospecting.

Excellent relationship building skills with customers and internally between sales and operations.

Proven record in delivering above average target growth and possible revenue profile change

Having an in-depth knowledge of the latest innovative payment products, especially in digital payment is a plus.

Able to relocate to Thailand for 1 year
