A reputable Limassol based corporate services company are working with GRS to recruit a Growth Officer, to drive their growing operation and expanding client base. You will be responsible for promoting the services and innovative online business process packages of the firm. The role of Growth Officer with this Limassol based company has excellent opportunity to work with a professional company, who believe in delivering an exceptional service to their clients and identifying the accounting trends of the future.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Participate in the design and execution of the Firm's promotional plans, client targeting and promotional activities and monitor their implementation.
  • Responsible for planning and executing customer satisfaction surveys and ensuring that client feedback is obtained and evaluated.
  • Responsible for reviewing customer complaints and responding with recommending corrective action where necessary.
  • Responsible for the development of web based promotional strategy.
  • Responsible for the Firm's continuous scanning of the external environment, the identification of risks, threats and opportunities and the development of actions and responses to protect the Firm's interests and develop the Firm's activities to tap such opportunities.
  • Responsible for the development of strategic initiatives and the coordination of the development of relevant plans. Responsible for monitoring their implementation.
  • Responsible for the coordination of the development of new services and their bringing into the Firm's offering to clients.
  • Participate in innovation initiatives and monitor their development and implementation.
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Educated to university degree level.
  • Speak both English and Greek fluently.
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in an enterprise context.
  • You can take on ambitious tasks, possibly with limited direction or information, and successfully deliver.
  • Possess a growth mindset and view setbacks as learning opportunities, not failures.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Travel as per business needs.
