GRS Recruitment are excited to present an excellent opportunity for a Head of Business Development and Projects to join a dynamic Pharmaceutical company based in Malta. Our client is seeking a driven professional who can contribute to their growth and success in the industry.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Lead and manage business development projects from conception through implementation.
  • Identify and establish relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives.
  • Prepare and present reports on business development activities.
  • Quality Assurance
  • Project Documentation
  • Innovation and Improvement
  • Budget Management
 CANDIDATE PROFILE
  •  A tertiary level of education in sciences, engineering or related subjects.
  • Competence in use of Microsoft Applications in particular Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and AutoCAD.
  • Must be willing to travel.
  • holder of valid Driving License.
