We’re looking for a Head of Compliance to take charge of regulatory strategy and execution across multiple jurisdictions. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and develop a high-performing compliance team

Own all regulatory matters across multiple markets (UKGC, MGA, SGA, DGA, etc.)

Manage licensing, responsible gaming, AML, and data protection frameworks

Build strong relationships with regulators and act as the main point of contact

Oversee marketing compliance and internal audits

Conduct training, manage risk assessments, and steer regulatory projects

Help shape policies that align business growth with legal excellence
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Degree in Law, Business, or related field (legal background preferred)

4+ years in iGaming compliance leadership
-
Deep understanding of multi-jurisdictional regulatory environments

Proven experience handling audits, regulatory inspections, and license applications

Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and mentor teams
