On behalf of our Client, a very well-established Company with International Operations, GRS Recruitment are seeking to recruit a Head of Human Resources (Ukrainian Speaker) to be based in Limassol. If you have the necessary skills and experience, then GRS are looking forward to receiving your CV for this Head of Human Resources (Ukrainian Speaker) role to be based in Limassol.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Advise senior management on workforce planning and organizational design.
  • Oversee recruitment, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Manage performance systems, talent development, and career progression.
  • Lead compensation, benefits, and market benchmarking initiatives.
  • Foster employee engagement, organizational culture, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and workplace investigations.
  • Lead and develop the HR team while overseeing HR systems, reporting, and budget
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • 4+ years of HR experience, including leadership responsibility
  • Experience in fast-paced or growth-oriented environments
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute strategic HR initiatives
  • Solid understanding of employment law and regulatory compliance
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to manage sensitive matters
  • Strong communication skills with confident and timely decision-making ability
  • Fluent in English and Russian or Ukrainian; Greek is a plus
